Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Our team will review your request and send you a return approval along with the return shipping address within 48 business hours.

Ship the Product Back

Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Share the tracking number with us after shipping.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will initiate the refund. It will reflect in your account within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Puja & Ritual Items

Agarbatti, camphor, incense, holy ash, and other consumable puja items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Worn or Used Products

Products that have been worn, used, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for return or refund.

Returns After the Eligible Period

Return requests submitted after the specified return window for each product category will not be accepted.

Gift Cards & Vouchers

Purchased gift cards, store vouchers, and promotional credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Products Damaged by Customer

Items that are damaged due to mishandling, improper storage, or accidental breakage by the customer are not eligible for refund.

Special Circumstances

Defective or Damaged Product

If you receive a defective or physically damaged product, we will provide a full refund or free replacement — no questions asked.

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos for immediate resolution.

Wrong Item Delivered

If you receive the wrong product, we will arrange a free return pickup and send you the correct item at no additional cost.
