We currently ship pan India. International orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local import laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

All gemstones sold by Nakshatra Store are sourced responsibly and come with lab certification where applicable. Product images are representative; natural stones may have minor variations in color, size, and pattern — this is a mark of authenticity, not a defect.
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only after you receive a written confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp.
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible; in such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery as per our Refund Policy.
All orders are subject to product availability. In rare cases of stock unavailability after order confirmation, we will notify you promptly and offer either a substitute of equal value or a full refund.
Bulk purchases or orders intended for resale require prior written approval from Nakshatra Store. Unauthorised resale of our products is prohibited and may result in order cancellation and account suspension.
We accept UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Wallets & Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders. All transactions are secured.
All payment transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card details on our servers.
Product returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or natural events beyond our control. Nakshatra Store is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping partners, but will assist in tracking and resolution.
To track orders and manage your purchase history, you may create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at info@quadrinomial.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms or applicable laws. Pending confirmed orders will still be fulfilled unless they are part of fraudulent activity.
